The Kazakhstan Center for Business Cooperation “Atakent” is a unique multifunctional complex, which has no analogues in Central Asia.

JSC “Atakent” Exhibition Center was established by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 17, 1992 No. 688 “On the establishment of the Kazakhstan Business Cooperation Center”.

The “Atakent” has the organizational and legal form of a joint stock company and was established in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of law.

The founders and management personnel of JSC “Atakent” have sufficient potential and experience to solve problems within the framework of this project.

“Atakent” has high investment attractiveness, significant economic, exhibition, fair and resource potential to maintain the leading positions of exhibition activities in Eastern Europe, the Central Asian region, and the CIS countries. Services provided by “Atakent” correspond to the international level of the exhibition service.

Over the years of work of Atakent, purposeful work was carried out on the reconstruction of all pavilions, buildings, structures and other infrastructure.

Established partnerships with well-known Western companies, formed a team of highly qualified professionals. All this has allowed to become one of the major international centers of the CIS and Eastern Europe for holding exhibitions, fairs, a place for running new technologies and technical innovations. Today Atakent is known far beyond the borders of not only Kazakhstan, but also the CIS. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of the entire team, considerable success has been achieved in all directions.

At present, Atakent has become one of the largest exhibition centers in Central Asia and the CIS, thanks to the purposeful work on the reconstruction of pavilions, buildings, structures. 50-60 major national and international exhibitions with the participation of more than 8,000 foreign firms and companies are held on the territory of Atakent every year.

Under market conditions, the main task of Atakent has always been and remains the organization and holding of exhibitions and fairs of any scale. It is crucial for domestic and international companies to show their products, create an image. The result of the exhibitions is the attraction of new technologies, the conclusion of mutually beneficial contracts, the opening of branches. But time requires dynamics and development in all areas of life. That is why in XXI century, Atakent has new tasks as follows:

  • Establishment of strong economic, scientific, technical and cultural relations of Kazakhstan with other states, international organizations and companies, as well as the all-round expansion of previously established relationships with enterprises, companies and states that have already had experience of long-lasting cooperation with Atakent;
  • Organization and holding of exhibitions, auctions, contests, fairs, exchange and international trade;
